Managing company of special economic zone STUPINO QUADRAT had signed the agreement with its Italian partner Livolsi Conforti & Partners on opening a new office in Milan. Italian office of the managing company is located at Largo Augusto, 3, 20122 Milano.
Representatives of the SEZ "Stupino Quadrat" took part in business mission of Russian export-oriented companies in Austria
On February 6-7, 2018, Russian export center organized a business mission for representatives of export-oriented business in Austria.
The opening of the factory was attended by Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of Moscow Oblast, Norma Pensado Moreno, Mexican Ambassador to Russia, Natalia Virtuosova, Vice-Governor, Denis Butsaev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Moscow Oblast, Pavel Chelpan, member of the supervisory board of the SEZ Stupino Quadrat, Juan Antonio González Moreno, CEO of Gruma and Ekaterina Evdokimova, managing partner of the SEZ Stupino Quadrat.
On 12 September 2017, the session on "New development model for SEZ in Russia: strategy for increasing investment attractiveness" took place during the "Import substitution" forum, where Ekaterina Evdokimova, Managing Partner of the SWZ Stupino Quadrat, was one of the key speakers.
The event was organized by the journal "Russian Business Guide" of the media group "Business-Dialog Media" together with the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Vadim Vinokurov, vice-president of the Russian Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Moscow region and chief editor of the Business Dialog Media Group, moderated the round table.
On August 28 during the trade fair INTERTKAN 2017 a workshop was held to improve the efficiency of light industry and create competitive Russian products. Representatives of the SEZ Stupino Quadrat and the company DG Tex acted as experts at the session "Measures of state support and financing opportunities for enterprises in the light industry".
On 22 August companies in the military-industrial complex (MIC) discussed during the round table „Industrial and innovative clusters, tech-parks as instrument of production diversification for companies in the MIC“ the possibility of localization. The discussion took place during the military-technical forum “Army 2017”.
The city administration of Izmir, the Turkish Exporters‘ Assembly (TIM), the Turkish Ministry of Economy and the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade organize the trade fair.
In the vicinity of Moscow, in Stupino, the residents the industrial park already started an industrial cooperation.

SEZ Stupino Quadrat participates in elaboration of road map for development of subsectors in chemical industry
In line with the action plan for implementing the strategy to develop chemical and petrochemical sectors until 2030 (Government decree №954-r dated 18 May 2016) the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade elaborates an action plan (‘road map’) for the development of several subsectors of the chemical industry, which includes tire production, paint production and production of chemical fibers and yarns.
On the 26th July 2017 the Ministry for Investment and Innovation of Moscow Oblast, the managing company of the Special Economic Zone and the company OOO MeSi signed an agreement about future industrial production in the SEZ.
The Company MeSi plans to build a production site for frozen meat products and chilled semi-finished products. Total investment shall be 180 000 000 roubles and number of workplaces shall be 40. Production start is planned for the end of 2018. The Volume of produced meat and semi-finished products is planned to be 30-40 tons per shift.
The Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat and the industrial Park PRO BUSINESS PARK in Ekaterinburg decided to cooperate and build a business partnership. The partnership agreement was signed by Ekaterina Evdokimova, managing partner of the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat, and Denis Remezov, general director of the managing company at PRO BUSINESS PARK.
Ekaterina Evdokimova, managing partner of the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat, and Denis Kovalevich, general director of Nanocenter Technopark, took part in the roundtable “Development of industrial cooperation based on intelligent contract manufacturing” during the international industrial exhibition Innoprom 2017.
11 July a letter of intent about the realization of the investment project between the Ministry of Investment and Innovation of Moscow Oblast, the managing company OOO Stupino Quadrat and the company OOO Antikorrosyinye Zashitnye Pokrytiya was signed at the international industrial exhibition Innoprom in the presence of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov.
The Russian company Digital Textile (DG-Tex) has become the 15th investor of the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat. DG-Tex plans an annual turnover of $12 million. Investing a total of 200 million roubles, the company will manufacture and finish textiles by using technologies, which are innovative in Russia: the natural fabrics will be patterned with ecologically pure materials using unique Japanese textile printers. The output of finished goods is expected to amount to 2,5 million linear meters of fabric. The factory will create 100 jobs.
The delegation of Moscow Oblast was headed by Denis Butsayev, minister of investment and innovation of Moscow Oblast. Ekaterina Evdokimova, managing partner of the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat, presented tax benefits and customs priviliges for investors of Stupino Quadrat and provided the German investors with examples of successful investments in the SEZ.
